My professional life has been shaped by international environments, different cultures, business, relationships and years of working closely with CEOs, entrepreneurs and senior decision-makers.
This proximity has allowed me to understand a world that is often seen only from the outside — the responsibility behind important decisions, the ambition and drive — and also the questions, doubts and desires that rarely have a place in professional life.
Living and working across countries, cultures and industries has given me a broad and open perspective.
There is almost never only one way of seeing things. I am naturally curious about people and what becomes possible when we move beyond our habitual way of thinking.
My thinking has been influenced by the work of Carl Gustav Jung, particularly his exploration of the inner world and the parts of ourselves that can remain outside our everyday awareness.
I do not practise Jungian analysis. Rather, his ideas have strengthened something I have always intuitively believed: there is more within us than the identity we present to the world.
I believe our energy is one of our most valuable resources. Where we place our attention, thoughts and time influences how we experience our lives.
